Erin Kedrowski has practiced law since 2014, and practices exclusively immigration law. Ms. Kedrowski is a member of the South Carolina State Bar. She is admitted to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Immigration Courts. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Kedrowski graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and obtained her undergraduate degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Ms. Kedrowski is a litigation attorney who has represented numerous clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She also represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) handling adjustment of status, naturalization, and other family and humanitarian-based relief. She has also represented clients at consulates and embassies around the world helping them obtain permission to come to the United States.
Ms. Kedrowski's grandparents came to this country as immigrants from Eastern Europe and became naturalized U.S. Citizens. This helped develop her passion for helping the immigrant community.
