Es necesario hacer una nueva aplicación para determinación de buena fé si ya tengo la solicitud de la visa U y el permiso de trabajo?

Si ya usted tiene la peticion de visa U pendiente o aprobada y ya sometio la solicitud para el permiso de trabajo o ya recibio su permiso, no es necesario hacer nada.
